I noticed today that it has been exactly one year since I last posted on this blog. I am not dead! Just quite busy. Coincidentally, one year ago on this day I also started building a large addition on my house. That has taken up the majority of my time, but I have also had a few other projects as well. One being a recent senior photo session with my niece in Thief River Falls. I was turning down other projects, but obviously I was going to take a once in her life photo shoot opportunity for her senior photography.
Here are a few highlights from the session in no particular order.
Alexis was great to work with. She’s an incredibly intelligent young lady and quite talented in many things.
Some of the photos were taken in Hartz park in Thief River Falls by the river and across the walking bridge.
We also were able to go around the Thief River Falls Pioneer Village. There are certainly some interesting things there to photograph.
A few of the other sites were actually on my own property.
I wish all the best for Alexis in her future and whichever college she decides to attend. I think it’s pretty cool that she is kind of following in similar footsteps as mine with computer graphics and animation, so I look forward to her creations.
Hope you enjoyed the photos as much as I did taking them. Hopefully it won’t be another year before I make another blog post. I will likely post something about the house I am building, as well as some personal family photos, and a stained glass project I am working on. It’s been a productive year for me, despite not blogging.
