Poster print giveaway!

I was approached by Large Format Posters to host a giveaway. How lucky for my readers! Up for grabs is an 18″ x 24″ poster print of whatever you choose. Available only to US residents over the age of 18.
So what do you have to do to win some custom poster printing goodness? I’ll give you multiple chances at winning, actually. If you are interested in getting the poster print of one of my photographs (normally fine prints available here) let me know.

Win a custom illustration!

Here is a new illustration project that I recently did for my own family. I am giving the chance to win a similar customized illustration to one lucky reader. See the bottom of this post for details.

This idea came to me out of my love of typography and particularly illustrated style. It started from sketching the name of my son before he was born. New Business Cards!

I recently ordered these from Overnight Prints. They are the “Value” card, in other words, a digital print. They aren’t the highest quality certainly, but pretty decent for the price. I chose the uncoated cardstock, which is pleasantly thick. I actually cut the corners myself with one of these. It wasn’t too big of a deal to do myself since I only ordered 50 cards this time around. Read the rest of this entry »
